Description Image of Lone Star Applique quilt created in the late 18th century by Mrs. Farley. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Millie Cromwell as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. The quilt was made for Jacob Farley who fought the Battle of Monmouth in the Revolutionary War on his 21st birthday. The quilt has been handed down from mother to daughter. Millie was given the quilt by her grandmother, Martha Williamson Quick Holcombe
