Description Image of Crazy patch quilt created in 1950 by Mrs. Phillips of Pasadena, California. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Glaya Nichols and Ella Nelson as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. Fabrics saved from childhood in Russia, begun when she was a child, 1890s, worked on over the years until finished around 1950; quilting finished by Faye Harper Beulah; passed to daughter Ella Nelson in 1955, then to Nelson's sister-in-law (present owner), 1960
