Salt Lake County General Hospital, March 2, 1948. Located at 2100 South and State Street, the building was originally constructed and occupied as the County Infirmary Hospital 1912. In 1921 a new infirmary building was built which became the Salt Lake County General Hospital. It was the clinical facility for the medical school from 1944 to 1965 when the new Medical Center Building was completed. |
