Abstract Robert A. McGregor (b. 1923) enlisted in the Army Air Corps in 1942. He served as a pilot in Italy and was shot down over Steyr, Austria. He was a prisoner in Stalag Luft 1 in Northern Germany. He was a pilot for the Air Force Reserve until 1955, and for the National Guard until 1961. 35 pages.
