Letter dated 18 April 1927 from Isabelle Phelps of the American Board Mission at Paotingfu to "Mabel" (Huggins?), noting Mabel and Grace [Breck?]'s imminent departure from China and mentioning her own expected departure; some Chinese will prefer less foreigners, while others are anxious and want them to stay; 4.
