Ocular myasthenia gravis (OMG) is a common presentation to the neuro-ophthalmology clinic. Previous studies have reported that generalized myasthenia gravis (GMG) develops in 50% or more of patients presenting with OMG, usually within 2 years. We sought to calculate the conversion rate of OMG to GMG at our neuro-ophthalmology clinic and identify any factors influencing generalization. |
