Cyclodeviation is generally measured with the double Maddox rod test. The line seen through one of eyes serves as a horizontal reference. The angle of cyclodeviation is measured by instructing the patient to rotate the Maddox rod placed in front of the other eye until the two lines are perceived parallel. |
