Optic nerve infiltration is a rare but well-recognized complication of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). Very rarely, retinal vascular occlusions (both arterial and venous) also occur in NHL. We report a case of combined optic neuropathy, central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) and incipient central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) in an NHL patient in apparent remission. |
