| Description | Different surgical techniques for optic nerve sheath fenestration (ONSF) have been advocated and there are no conclusive data to demonstrate superiority of one technique over the others. A 17 year old boy presented with progressive profound bilateral visual loss and papilledema. Despite maximal medical therapy his vision continued to decline, which prompted ONSF. Each eye was operated with a different technique, and we present his interesting pre and postoperative MRI and Ultrasound findings. |
