Description Douglas E. Rollins, M.D., Ph.D., is stepping down as medical director of the Utah Poison Control Center (UPCC) to focus on his role as doping control medical director for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee (SLOC) for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. He will be replaced by E. Martin Caravati, M.D., M.P.H., professor of emergency medicine at the University of Utah medical school, who has served as the center's associate medical director since 1987.
