Description A 54-year-old man with a history of red, bulging eyes and intermittent diplopia worsening over the past one year presented for evaluation. Orbital CT scan showed subtotal opacification of sphenoid, frontal and ethmoid sinuses, and complete opacification of the maxillary sinuses. Two intraorbital masses on the left were noted outside the muscle cone, displacing the medial rectus muscle against the optic nerve. One intraorbital, extraconal mass was seen on the right. A diagnostic procedure was performed.
