Description Collapsin response-mediator protein-5 (CRMP5)-IgG has been associated with paraneoplastic optic neuritis and/or retinitis, but there are only a few case series reporting these findings. To further characterize its neuro-ophthalmic phenotype, we reviewed the neuro-ophthalmic findings and visual outcomes of a large series of patients with CRMP5-IgG.
