Description |
Parachute Inn was located about one mile east on Highway 40 in Vernal, Utah. Owned and operated by Lee Dustin. Rooms and a cafe. It was where the Top Stop is now, east of town. In May of 1947, the VFW held a social event with dinner and a program at the Inn. According to the Vernal Express, it opened in 1947 and by March of 1948 the equipment was listed for sale in the newspaper ads. |
