Description After the big fire in Delta in 1924, the Coopers built the first wing of a 2-story hotel on the north side of then Clark Street. It changed hands a few times until it was sold to Noble Peterson in 1936 by Owen Bunker. In 1950 it was described as "an up-to-date modern 31 room hotel."
