Description Thyroid eye disease (TED) is a poorly understood and difficult disease process to manage. The ultimate goal of TED research is to be able to perform clinical efficacy studies of therapeutic strategies for active TED. Currently, however, there is no objective, generally accepted assessment tool that defines active disease. The purpose of this study was to identify objective ancillary tests and clinical measures that correlate with thyroid eye disease activity.
