Description |
VRDN-001, a full antagonist antibody to the insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R), is under development for the treatment of thyroid eye disease (TED). Clinical and preclinical studies have confirmed IGF-1R antagonism can reduce the inflammation and proptosis that occur in TED. As different anti-IGF-1R antibodies may have distinct characteristics, we compared the binding epitope and in vitro antagonist properties of VRDN-001 with teprotumumab. |
