Abstract Richardson (b. 1917) recalls his career in the College of Business, University of Utah, 1950s-1980s; his work as a labor arbitrator; his role with the Institute of Industrial Relations and the Bureau of Economic Research at the University of Utah; the work of various deans of the College of Business; and his attitude toward removing the holdings of the College of Business and transfering them to the Marriott Library.
